Is there an admission charge for the All Inclusive Waterpark?
Yes. Everyone who enters Splash Mountain is required to pay the admission price that pertains to him or her even if they are not swimming or sliding.

Do you have rides for children?
We certainly do! Please see height restrictions and more information about each ride here.

Are there provisions for the mentally and/or physically handicapped?
Jolly Roger® Parks attempt to make all our rides accessible to our guests with physical and mental disabilities and challenges. It must be understood, however, that the design or motion of some rides makes them unsafe for guests with certain limitations. Please check with Guest Services at either the Pier or 30th Street Park during your visit for more information on which rides may or may not be suitable.

I am planning on bringing a group. Do you offer Group Rates?
Group rates are available for parties of 25 or more who make arrangements in advance. Contact our Group Sales Specialists at 410-289-4902 for more information, or fill out the Group Questionnaire and we will have someone contact you.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
The park does not sell alcoholic beverages, and they are not permitted on the grounds or parking lot.

Are there rides restrictions?
For your safety, all rides have height, age, weight, and/or size restrictions. We ask that you check the safety signage at each ride for its specific restrictions or visit our Guest Services Office.

How long should I plan to stay at Jolly Roger?
That all depends on you! Splash Mountain Water Park passes are valid for all-day admission, throughout the summer we are open from 10:00AM – 6:00PM, weather permitting. Please check our Park Hours page and reach out to our team at 410-289-3477 if there are any questions about our operating hours.

Do I need to buy my Passport to Fun Card in advance?
Although it is not necessary, Passport to Fun Cards may be purchased in advance by using our secure online store. No need to wait in lines and get the best deals for buying early. Follow link for more information.

Do I have to pay to accompany my child on the children’s rides?
Yes.

Do you offer a discount for Senior Citizens?
Yes, Senior Citizens who are 55 years of age and older can purchase a Senior pass at Splash Mountain Water Park only.

Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, active military personnel and their immediate family are offered a discount of 20% with valid Military ID at the Guest Services Offices only.

Does paying admission mean that I can ride every ride?
No. Height & weight restrictions and clothing & jewelry restrictions may limit your ability. Ask staff for more information or follow link for more details.

Can I leave and re-enter?
Yes. As long as you keep your wristband on, you can re-enter the park.

Do I have to pay to come in and watch my child or sit with the rest of my group?
Yes. Everyone who enters Splash Mountain is required to pay the admission price that pertains to him or her even if they are not swimming or sliding.

Do my children have to be supervised while in the park?
Splash Mountain does not require that an adult supervise children in the Waterpark. Although our staff is fully trained and certified to supervise the park, we do urge that smaller children, especially, are accompanied and supervised by a competent older person. If parents wish to leave their older children unsupervised, we do suggest, that in the event of inclement weather or a medical emergency that they have a way to contact a responsible adult. FYI – there are no public phones in the park.

Is there a separate fee for tubes, chairs, life jackets, or seating areas?
No. Splash Mountain does not believe in adding additional costs to your admission. Tubes, chairs, life jackets, seating areas, and cabanas are always available free of charge to our Guests on a first-come-first-served basis.

Can I bring my pet into the park?
Pets of any kind are not permitted on the grounds of Jolly Roger Park and Splash Mountain Water Park. Service animals for the physically challenged, of course, are always welcomed – please check in at Guest Services. We would also like to remind our guests that you should not leave your pets in your vehicle, as this can be a severe health risk for your pet, and is also in violation of Ocean City Ordinances.

What kind of apparel is allowed?
Proper swimming attire is required. We do not allow street clothes or cut-off pants or jeans on the slides or in the pools. A swimsuit is not necessary if you will not be sliding or swimming. Hats and loose articles of clothing are not permitted on slides.

Are there any eyewear or footwear restrictions?
Goggles, eyeglasses, sunglasses, shoes, flip flops, and water shoes are not permitted on slides.

Are changing rooms, showers, and lockers available?
Yes. There are two areas: bathrooms are located in the front of the park & showers, bathrooms, and changing areas are located in the back of the park. Lockers are available in the front and back of the park.

May I bring food or a cooler into the park?
Yes, coolers and outside food are welcome in the park. Your cooler should be no bigger than 18″ wide, 16″ tall and 22″ long. You may not, however, bring in alcoholic beverages or glass containers. Park personnel reserve the right to inspect all coolers for these items.

Can I bring in floats, water wings, or life preservers for my children?
Splash Mountain does not allow Guests to bring inflatable rafts in to the park. All life jackets worn in the park must be U.S. Coast Guard approved. Maryland State Law requires ALL children under 42 inches tall to wear a life jacket whenever in the water. Guests are allowed to bring personal floats or water wings, but life jackets must still be worn in accordance with Maryland State Law.

My child is over 42 inches tall and was charged full price but can’t ride everything. Why is that?
Splash Mountain charges children full price at 42 inches tall since at that height, a child can still participate in the kids’ activities and ride all slides except Cannonball.

Do you offer a Season Pass?
Yes. Splash Mountain offers a season pass, which may be bought in person at the Guest Services Office, or online.

Can I buy my admission in advance?
Yes. All Splash Mountain admissions may be bought in advance in our secure online store.

Can I smoke in Splash Mountain Park?
Yes, but smoking, including vaping, is only permitted in designated areas.

Does my infant need a pass to Splash Mountain?
No, children ages 2 and under are free and do not need a Splash Mountain pass.
